ATT/SBC has opened a trouble ticket and engineers are working on the problem. We hope they have it fixed soon, but we have no further information at this time. | Customers with alternate access methods should try those until this issue has been resolved. It may also be possible to work around the problem by retrying. | As of 8:30am, ATT/SBC has resolved the issue that was affecting some services here in Ukiah.
